Acceptance
By creating an account, downloading the AttachDesk application, or using any part of the service operated by Jag Journey, LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in EEA jurisdictions) to use the service. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
License grant
Subject to these Terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the AttachDesk applications on the number of devices included with your plan. The license is revoked automatically when your subscription ends or these Terms are violated.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the service to access systems you do not own or are not authorized to access; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code; (c) interfere with the service or other users; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods unless required by law. Pricing is shown on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of any plan. After that, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime of the relay and account services. Client applications continue to function offline-tolerant within their cached state. Scheduled maintenance is announced when possible.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jag Journey, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for breach of these Terms or for non-payment. Upon termination your license to use the applications ends and we may delete your data subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced by email.
